Cooking Tip of the Week!

Today's cooking tip comes from Merryweather (Nelda) on cutting the perfect brownie:

Have you ever made brownies and destroyed them as soon as you cut them? This usually happens because brownies are wonderful when they are warm and everyone wants a quick bite. No matter how delicious your brownies taste, they will look just awful if you cut them too soon and with the wrong utensil. They most certainly cannot be brought to someone's house for dessert because they look like someone broke them apart with their hands. If you are a brownie lover, you will most definitely appreciate this wonderful trick that will guarantee perfect brownies every time. You will even want to show them off, I promise! Here are the steps...
First, bake your brownies according to the directions.
Once they are done, let them cool for about 15 - 20 minute.
Cut them using a PLASTIC knife. They will cut perfectly with this utensil.
Remove carefully with a spatula.
Enjoy with a big glass of cold milk!
