Rhea Thompson Hollis
Goldie's niece, Rhea Thompson Hollis (daughter of Ralph and Valeda Thompson) has gone ahead to the great, eternal family reunion on the other side.
Here are some photos posted by her daughter, Jackie.
I will always remember her visit with Guelda Maurine to Idaho. They managed to find our place in the country, but we laughed about leaving bread crumbs the next time! They spent the night with us, and from then on we referred to the sisters as "Hansel, Guelda and Gretel!"
Rhea, age 4
What a cutie, look at those darling ringlets!!

E.E. Thompson Family Reunion Jerome Idaho 2011
This is my favorite photo! It said "Grandma Thompson with her children" I am thinking it must be Nancy Elvira Christensen (wife of John Edwin Thompson) Rulen's mother??
The descendants of E. E. Thompson recently held a family reunion in Jerome, Idaho. Here are some photos from the reunion. To see more, you can check out "Thompson Family Ties" on Flickr at www.flickr.com
You will have to be a member to join the group, but it's free!
Here's also a link of a professional photographer who took family photos at the reunion:

Blog Updates Please!
Hello Teton Valley Blog Followers!
It has been quite a long time since we've posted any news! I have to take the blame there! I am pleased to report that I'm on the recovery side of a nasty fight with staph infection, back surgery, and all that goes along with it! I had a nice visit from Mom and Auntie. The sisters were like having angels here to help me! We even got to have lunch with Uncle Garth, Aunt Bobbie and Pam (my personal guardian angel through this whole thing!!!) while in Boise on a follow-up doctor's appointment. I've heard from many of you. Thanks for your well wishes! It's all due to the prayers that I have made it to where I am. Thanks!
Now we need some news for the blog. Let me know what your summer plans are. Send me photos! (amanda@pmt.org) Thanks! There was a Thompson reunion the end of May here in my area. I would have loved to have gone to that, but just wasn't up to it! Tiffany did a great job as reunion coordinator, so I'm sure all had a grand time! Tiffany.....any photos I could post here?
